SHS offer many types of building inspections which can be tailored to your specific needs and prices start from $300.00 for a structural pre-purchase inspection up to $465.00 for a single item expert witness report (more for specialist reports or high number defects). Your inspection is undertaken by a registered builder with professional indemnity and public liability insurances. Please book online, email or call for a quote.

Each report contains:

• Colour photographs
• Full written explanations / diagrams 
• Is inspected and written by a qualified, registered builder with over 17 years experience
• Contains references to the Building Code of Australia where appropriate
